What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that custom-made or engraved jewelry is final sale and cannot be returned.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, all CAL JEWELLERY items come with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or loss.
